BHG Retail REIT - Balloting Results

It was quite rare to see such a "funny" announcement this morning.....

where bookrunner and BHG Retail REIT announced that they have "agreed" to proceed with the offering. This probably means they had 'robust discussion' on whether to proceed with the IPO. ^_^

Placement Shares

I belong to one of the placement holders above... luckily it is for the 1,000 to 9,000 category. DBS even tried to "kill" the placement applicants by exercising its over-allotment issue of 24.636m. This will allow DBS to buy back at a lower price if the share price opens lower tomorrow. It is a "win-win" situation where DBS earns 1% placement fee and then make the difference again if they can buy below the IPO price tomorrow through its stabilization exercise! Disgusting!

Public Tranche

There are only 594 applicants for the public tranche. If you have not heed my zero chilli ratings and apply for the shares - you will definitely get some shares. In most cases, you will get almost full allotment. Even the independent directors and cornerstone investors have to chip in to help subscribe for the shares.

Let's see how the stock price will "perform" on this coming Friday at 2pm. Be prepared for some bloodshed.

Thank you Singapore Ipo, I am one of your readers that didn't go in to press the ATM. You take care tomorrow and good luck!
On the side note, I am thinking of picking up this reit around 60-65 cents, this should give me a yield of around 6% even w/o the income engineering work. What do you think?

this ipo chap is dead wrong again!

This BHG ipo now at 80.5 cents and did NOT open below it's ipo price!

Yeah, free $200 plus money in 1 minute, apply 50 lots get all 50 lots and sold off at 80.5 cts!

Only ignorant morons are very prejudiced against things related to China!

No one can predict the movement in the stock market, Mr IPO as well, that's why he replied with a "?"
But, maybe you're different. Please share with us what is the best price to get in and out of this reit? I pocket the $ if you're right and you help to pay my lost if you're wrong, k?
Cheers to Mr IPO.

Always good to see Mr IPO blog.

Good summary.

Thanks.

Don't worry guys. I am not affected by a mad dog barking. I don't see the dog around when Jumbo opens up high but see him reappear whenever a "wrong" call is made. To buy at 80c and sell at 80.5c? If you have such great confidence, why wouldn't u hold longer? Or are u afraid the price will drop once the market stabilization stops. So grow up will you, and don't behave like a loser. And this is my last post to you and you can continue barking. On my end, I am Happy that people didn't lose money in this stock and can break even to get out. ^_^

This shameless scum total loser mad barking dog mr ipo really stooped until very low by bringing up the jumbo ipo.

Everyone, just look at all the forummers's comments in all the stock online forums that talk on Jumbo ipo, even teenagers from HWZ forum also commented that Jumbo ipo is sure rocket, hence it is a no-brainer that even secondary school teenagers also know Jumbo is baojiak sure can stag and yet this shameless retarded total loser scum mad dog ipo ah gua shamelessly stooped until so low to try ti claim credit for this jumbo ipo example.

this total loser scum egoistic shameless low-income mad barking dog mr ah gua ipo all the way from many years ago till now, this mr ipo scum total loser shameless mad dog is always wrong! and to make matters even worse, this scum mad total loser mad dog mr ah gua ipo will scold any forummer that makes non-flattering remarks in the comments section

Should set blog comment to approval required..... love reading your blog . Hope can see more of your great analysis =)
Mr. IPO said…
Thanks for the suggestion. I have set up a gate to spare readers from his barking. ^_^
Mr. IPO said…
Okie. The gate is working! The dog has been silenced. ^_^ Peace at last...
Alvin said…
Haha, that guy is too free. Nothing better to do.
Mr. IPO said…
Yes... Finally gotten to gate him. A pity I have to do this because of one person. A robust debate is fine for me and I always welcome differing view. Anyway it also shows to me that even though I have the best intentions, there will always be people who don't appreciate :) life goes on!
Alvin said…
Its also an extra (and unnecessary) burden on you to have to manually approve comments.
Maybe you could moderate for a few months, and "open the gate" later when things settle down.
Mr. IPO said…
Don't worry Alvin. It's fine. Better than to let readers here suffer from nonsensical cursings.
