The Assembly Place - Balloting Results

This is probably one of the most usual press releases that went alongside the SGX announcement of the balloting results. The Company released a full presentation deck , which is actually quite informative, with information of upcoming pipeline etc (probably the Company felt that it is safer to release this after the IPO closes and not before). The balloting table is as follows: The IPO has drawn strong interest from prominent institutional funds such as Avanda Investment Management (as investment manager for and on behalf of its fund(s)) and Lion Global Investors Limited (as investment manager for and on behalf of its clients), along with prominent investors, including Mr Han Seng Juan, Mr Rudolf Jurgen August Rolles and Mr Chong Soon Kong @ Chi Suim2 , underscoring strong confidence in TAP's investment proposition. Singapore IPOs Tikams for 2017

2017 turned out to be active one where there were 21 IPOs on Singapore Exchange.

In terms of post market performance, Samurai and Unusal performed the best and became multi-baggers with gains in excess of 415% and 290% respectively ðŸ˜«

I managed to get placement or ATM shares from 10 out the 21 IPOs. 6 of them made money with 4 making losses due to bad timing. 


2017 ended as "2nd best year" where my total gains was $27,298 and the bulk of it came from:
  • Sanli Environment $21,753
  • Kimly $5,700
  • APAC Realty $2,051

Hi Mr IPO,

Would be nice to see how much % gain this was compared to the initial investment in the IPOs over the years.

Much better comparison for readers and keep up the great work! I always read your post before balloting any IPO. Basically I trust you more than my banker haha.
