The Assembly Place - Balloting Results

This is probably one of the most usual press releases that went alongside the SGX announcement of the balloting results. The Company released a full presentation deck , which is actually quite informative, with information of upcoming pipeline etc (probably the Company felt that it is safer to release this after the IPO closes and not before). The balloting table is as follows: The IPO has drawn strong interest from prominent institutional funds such as Avanda Investment Management (as investment manager for and on behalf of its fund(s)) and Lion Global Investors Limited (as investment manager for and on behalf of its clients), along with prominent investors, including Mr Han Seng Juan, Mr Rudolf Jurgen August Rolles and Mr Chong Soon Kong @ Chi Suim2 , underscoring strong confidence in TAP's investment proposition. Keppel DC REIT - Balloting Results

Keppel DC REIT announced its balloting results this evening.

For the public tranche, it was around 9.6x subscribed.

Looking at the balloting table above, investors who applied for 100 lots will have a 50% chance of getting 23 lots....

Mr IPO's balloting results


Mr. IPO have not bathed for weeks.... and was unsuccessful despite a 50% probability of getting the shares.... :(

Placement Tranche


With regards to the placement tranche, nothing to shout about. Two Temasek related entities subscribed for the placement tranche and the independent directors invested in the REIT as well.

It will be interesting to see how the shares performed tomorrow.

Hey Mr IPO, thanks for the balloting results again. Sadly I applied for 100 and got nothing lol. Btw do u happen to have any idea why the Kep TT share price has been falling everyday ever since the IPO of the reits is confirmed? lol I was expecting it to either climb up a bit or at least hover around the price since the Reits IPO is materialised? And also, do you happen to have done any calcuation on how much special dividend Kep TT may potentially give due to the Reits IPO? Hope you can enlighten me Sir.
