Foundation Healthcare Holdings IPO: The Biggest SGX Healthcare Listing Since IHH — Worth Chasing?

Special Edition: Foundation Healthcare IPO Singapore hasn't seen a healthcare IPO of this size in over a decade. Foundation Healthcare Holdings (" FHH ") is looking to raise up to S$242 million at an offering price of S$0.76 per share , implying a market capitalisation of roughly S$1.0 billion — reportedly the largest healthcare listing on SGX since IHH Healthcare's dual-listing back in 2012. Nanofilm - Balloting Results

Nanofilm announced that its IPO received strong demand. The public offer was 30.6x subscribed and the balloting table is presented below:

 

Investors who applied for 10,000 shares will have a 32% chance of being allotted 2,400 shares.

 Dr Shi Xu (史旭), Executive Chairman of the Company, said, "As the first nanotechnology solutions provider to list in Singapore, this is a strong vote of confidence for our Group and a recognition of our established track record and growth plans. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our investors for their support, as we strive to bring the business to new heights and continue to redraw the boundaries of material science."

The placement tranche was 22.9x subscribed and as mentioned earlier, Temasek participated directly in the IPO tranche, subscribing for around 15m worth of stocks.
