Special Edition: Foundation Healthcare IPO Singapore hasn't seen a healthcare IPO of this size in over a decade. Foundation Healthcare Holdings (" FHH ") is looking to raise up to S$242 million at an offering price of S$0.76 per share , implying a market capitalisation of roughly S$1.0 billion — reportedly the largest healthcare listing on SGX since IHH Healthcare's dual-listing back in 2012. I think this is because retail "investors" flip and stag too much.
So, just allocate nothing to retail investors. That will solve the problem.
Just and deserved desserts.
APTT is tricky as the float is too big and difficult to "control" but may attract yield hungry investors. There are one or two buy reports being circulated by the professional analysts. You may want to read their reports and make your own decisions. ^_^
I am seriously undecided whether to apply or not. I am thinking of punting but the huge float is always a big worry. hahaha
1st day closing price was 36 cents but 2nd day open price was 35.5 cents. How come open price was 35.5 cents instead of 36 cents?
Thanks in advance.
